 private, air-conditioned,  Queen sized bedrooms with 2-bath and a third twin or king bedded loft  reached by a spiral  staircase. It is in a quiet, tranquil setting among 
 gardens extensively planted 
 with tropical flowers to 
 deliver color all year.

An expansive deck area includes a delightful pool and hot tub. All afford total privacy from the road and neighbors and the entire space has been designed to enjoy unobstructed views of the Caribbean - you never look through deck railings! Sit in your hot tub and watch the sunset followed by the nightly parade of cruise ships departing St. Thomas and then the moon and stars! 


All of Sundancer Villa's decks afford panoramic southerly views allowing spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Sundancer overlooks the Caribbean Sea and Fish Bay, Ditliff Point and Rendezvous Bay. From Sundancer Villa, it is a five minute drive to the trailheads of either Reef Bay or Ditliff Point Beaches and another 10 minute walk to the beaches. The town of Cruz Bay is a 10 to 15 minute drive. The world class North Shore Beaches in the Virgin Islands National Park are a mere 20 minute ride.
Amenities of Sundancer Villa include a comfortable living area with large windows, CD and cassette stereo, color, and cable TV, VCR & DVD player, IPOD Docking Station for your IPOD and optional Wireless DSL Internet access (computer not provided.) The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, ice maker, microwave and all other expected appliances, linens and utensils, and a Weber outdoor BBQ. Bedrooms and bathrooms come with linens, bath and beach towels plus you will find chairs for the beach.
