Deposits and cancellations

To confirm reservations 50% of the rental fee is due within seven days or reservation will be cancelled. Checks payable to "Robert Faucett"
Balance, plus tax and $200 security deposit (refundable 30 days after departure) is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are refundable less 10% of the rental amount up to 60 days prior to arrival.
After 60 day prior to arrival deposits are also refundable less a 10% of the rental amount provided a replacement rental is obtained.
* Holiday reservations are not refundable and may be subject to 10 day minimum rental. Weekly rate prorated for 10 days.
Long term rentals – 1^st week full rate, 2^nd full week, less 10%, third full week or longer less 15%
Special Storm Insurance Policy – August, September, October – If the eminent threat of a hurricane causes you to cancel your trip to Sundancer, you will receive full credit towards another available off-season rental within one year. If your stay at Sundancer is interrupted by the eminent threat of a hurricane, and you have a week or more of your stay remaining, you will receive full credit of the unused portion towards another available off-season rental within one year. If you have less than one week remaining, you will receive a full, prorated refund of the unused portion of your rental.  You will not be permitted to remain in Sundancer during eminent threat of a hurricane.

The on island manger of Sundancer will contact you to assist in renting a car during your stay and to obtain your travel plans to enable them to meet you on your arrival in St. John to take you to your rental car and escort you to Sundancer for your orientation of the villa.  They are also on call 24/7 for any emergencies, problems or to assist you in enjoying your stay on St. John and in Sundancer.
